• Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash — not to a different method.
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must match the number registered on your account. Transfers to a different number are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to cash balance only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Jata9 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transaction patterns. This is a security measure — not an inconvenience.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted and will be returned.

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per member. Attempting to share the same bonus within a household may result in both accounts being suspended.

• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and your stake will be returned.

• If a bet is not processed during Live Betting due to a network issue, the stake will be returned — late bets placed after the dealer announces the result will not be accepted.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person. Any attempt to open more than one account using the same device, IP address, or payment details will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonus Arbitrage: Exploiting bonus terms through the use of multiple accounts or identities.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with a payment provider. If detected, legal action may be taken.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to gain an unfair advantage at a live table or in poker.

• In any dispute regarding game or betting outcomes, jata9's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims relating to older incidents may not be accepted.
